Digital Assets Exchange

Decentralized Trading in a Fully Regulated Environment

At Tokenomica we combined the best features of both centralized and decentralized exchanges making the first regulated DEX which includes:

  • Decentralized execution and settlement
  • Centralized client acceptance
  • Centralized asset quality assurance
  • Centralized custody of fiat
  • Hybrid custody of crypto assets

How Do We Achieve That?

Based On Proven Technology. Tokenomica offers a solution to these challenges incorporating successful technologies such as: Waves DEX, Smart Accounts and Smart Assets.

Waves Smart Accounts
In order to comply with relevant regulatory requirements, user accounts on Tokenomica are created with the Smart Account feature of the Waves blockchain which is used to allow outgoing transactions only to previously identified and approved users. Smart Accounts allow Tokenomica and Token Issuers to be sure that any transaction made on the platform is only possible between whitelisted users after they go through the KYC process.

Quality Approved Tokens Only
We thoroughly check all tokens before listing them. All tokens that are to be listed on Tokenomica need to adhere to the applicable laws of Malta and be qualified as Virtual Financial Asset (VFAs).

Waves Smart Assets
In Tokenomica, Smart Assets will be used to allow trading to pre-approved pairs of assets. Thus we achieve legal compliance by introducing unique technological features of the Waves blockchain.

Legal Fiat Gateways
Regulated Digital Assets Exchange provides legal fiat gateways for depositing and withdrawing your funds. You can trade crypto-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat, it’s all up to you.

Transparent Trading
Trading process on Tokenomica’s Digital Assets Exchange consists of 2 parts:

1. Order Book, formed by peer-to-peer requests to buy and sell Virtual Financial Assets.

2. Matcher, an execution tool that matches orders from the Order Book.

When a user places an order through Tokenomica’s Matcher his assets actually remain in his account until the moment the order is matched with a counter-order and the transaction is confirmed on the Waves blockchain. Only then assets are transferred directly between the accounts of the users involved in the transaction.
